Hello, World!
What to Wear
Kids should wear comfortable clothing that they can move in easily. Leggings or sweats are popular choices. The kids will be barefoot in the gym. When grown ups are in the gym, they will need to take their shoes off as well, but they can keep your socks on.

Arriving at the Gym
Our team is ready and waiting to meet you and your little one! When you arrive at the gym we'll make sure to show you where you can place your belongings, where you can wash your hands, and where to wait before your class starts!
On your first day, arriving 10 minutes before your class begins is recommended. You and your kiddo can take in the sights and sounds of the gym! New places can feel big to kids and we want to make sure that they have time to feel comfortable in the space.
After your first class, we find that arriving at the gym five minutes before your class begins is ideal for kids! Kids ages 2-3 years old are just developing the areas of their brain for logic and self-regulation - a lot of BIG feelings emerge when they are not able to enter the gym when they would like to. We can help them by keeping the waiting time short!

Meet Your Coach
Your coach is excited to meet you and knows that first day look different for every child. Some kids can't wait to head into the gym and explore; other children need time to warm up to the space, their classmates, and their coach. We know that some kids will not join us for circle time and that's ok! Your first eight weeks is all about learning about the space, the people, and the routines.
Your coach will have read the info you provided on your Intake Form! They'll talk to you about how they have used that information to help them tailor the program experience for your family using our Individualized Learning Cards (ILC)
