2024 Annual Impact Statement
It’s been another incredible year at Jump Gymnastics. We’re looking back on 2024 and reflecting on how we have termed things around (spoiler: we re-launched term-based programs!) and truly focused on delivering the very best programs possible.

Along with the launch of the Sport Success Pathway, we launched the Coach Success Pathway! The Sport Success Pathway focuses on developing our little athletes, the Coach Success Pathway is designed to support and develop our coaching team.
This pathway provides comprehensive training through a combination of online modules, practical on-the-floor experience, and hands-on mentorship from Head Coaches and our Manager of Coaching and Development. By offering in-depth training, we not only develop skilled and confident coaches but also strengthen their ability to support our mission of raising the bar for grassroots sports in Canada.

We launched the Sport Success Pathway this fall! The Sport Success Pathway is a step-by-step program that is broken down into six distinct levels. Each level focuses on different skills that all add up to maximum success in all sports.
The launch of the Sport Success Pathway was perfectly timed to our return to term based program structure. Terms offer highly consistent classes—exactly what little kids need to thrive. The structure of term-based programs ensures that children get regular, repeated exposure to the skills they need to develop.
2023 Annual Impact Statement
In 2023, we supported over 5700+ families with our programs,delivered over 9400+ hours of high quality coaching, and welcomed 330+ babies into our Baby Jump Punch Pass program.
2022 Annual Impact Statement
In 2022, we supported over 2100 families with our programs, welcomed 16 students into our facilities for practicums and leadership development, and we delivered over 12,200+ hours of high quality coaching. What a year!!
