With over 2 million active coaching hours and counting, Jump Gymnastics has become the leader in recreational gymnastics.

With that knowledge, we developed The Sport Success Pathway just for families like yours. Our step-by-step program is broken down into six distinct levels. Each level focuses on different skills that all add up to maximum success in all sports.

The Sport Success Pathway is a term based program that begins in the fall every year and is designed for children between the ages of 2 and 7. Each year, we have a limited number of spaces for little athletes to join the Sport Success Pathway.

Worried about your little one picking daisies during their entire soccer practice? You're not alone.

Peter signed his little one, Lucas, up for soccer and he spent the whole season picking flowers and making grass piles in the middle of the field. Either all of the kids run after the ball together or half of them stop to investigate butterflies or a really cool piece of plastic.

The coach can't quite coral all the kids and keep them focused on the game so Lucas is left to pick away and he’s not really getting any soccer out of soccer practice. Peter worries that since Lucas is a bit small for his age that he is not able to keep up with his teammates and chooses to pick daisies instead. Peter wants him to be able to participate in sports - but he’s not quite ready!

Learning to play on a team is the same as learning to read. You can't skip the alphabet and go straight to reading a novel. We need to teach the skills of listening to coaches and how to balance on one foot before we can kick a ball.

We know how to provide pressure free guidance and patience to support kids in learning the skills that allow them to listen to coaches, understand how their bodies move and feel, and how to play (and practice) on a team.

Our enriched gymnastics program has supported more than 20,000 families to raise self-confident kids who thrive in sports and activities.

Did you break up with your sport and want your child to have a better experience as an athlete? We've been there.

Competitive sport is amazing when done right. But for Jennifer, years of competition pressure and a nagging injury, led her to realize that she was struggling and nearing burnout. She decided that it was time for a change and she left gymnastics for nearly 10 years. When her daughter, Olivia, started to walk, Jennifer looked for gymnastics programs and was left wondering: Will it be the same for Olivia? How can I give her the best that sports has to offer but with a journey that doesn’t end the same as mine?

The good news is that your child's journey with sports can be better. The even better news is that we have a powerful, research based methodology that teaches the skills your child needs to play on a team and move with confidence. When they step onto the playing field (or into the gym!) they are fully aware of what success looks like to them.

Our enriched gymnastics program is the best way to develop the confidence and skills that children need to thrive in any sport.

It's not fun to feel that you don't belong on the playing field. You won't have to worry.

Kerry never enjoyed gym class or ever felt like sports were her thing. Kerry knows that physical activity and sports plays a crucial role in her kids', Matilda and Jacob, health but she can’t bridge the gap between her own experience and the experience she wants for her kids. She wants to see them running, jumping, and smiling on the playing field!

Your child should never feel sidelined because they are not quite ready to join the action.

Learning to move is just like learning math - you can't learn to multiply without learning to count first! Our enriched gymnastics program has supported 20,000 families in raising self-confident kids that with the skills that allow them to thrive in all sports.
