Notify Jump Gymnastics of the Complaint

What is considered a formal complaint?

Allegations of gross misconduct such as harassment violence, workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and abuse are addressed through our complaint process.

A formal complaint must be received in writing within 14 days of the alleged incident.

Appointment of 3rd Party Case Manager

When we receive a complaint, a third party case manager will be appointed to manage the administration and procedures according to the Formal Complaint and Discipline Policy.
