Career Opportunities at Jump Gymnastics

Our team is a group of amazing individuals who love to work with kids. We often have a background in education (teachers, education assistants, and preschool teachers!) and have a love of sports. Many of us are parents!

You definitely do not have to be a gymnast to join our team! We hire a diverse group of individuals and embrace what makes us unique. We would love to see you apply for a seasonal position, part time position, or even a full time position!

    Our Hiring Process

    Initial Phone Call
    STEP 1

    We touch base, ask a few questions about your application and resume, and discuss our interview process.

    Cultural Fit Interview
    STEP 2

    We set a time to meet with you to discuss our work culture and values!

    Technical Interview
    Step 3

    We dive right in! We talk about how you would handle certain scenarios, and demonstrate practical work. If you are applying for a coach position, your technical interview will take place in the gym!

    Offer and Training

    We take staff training seriously at Jump! We have the most vigorous and continuous coach development program in Canada and offer regular training for our team.
