Frequently Asked Questions

  • Booking a makeup class is completed through the JackRabbit Parent Portal.

    You have the option to schedule a makeup after your child has missed a class or you can do it beforehand if you plan to be away.

  • Your child will experience our team of coaches throughout their time in our program; our coaching team works collaboratively to support your child.

    Our Facility Managers work together to develop our curriculum and coaching team.

  • Your child will attend a weekly in-person class four times a month with our highly qualified instructors.

    During those months where there are five Tuesdays (or any day!) we plan ahead and do not schedule classes on specific days.

    Families can use our Annual Calendar to see when their child has class each month.

  • Our classes have a low child to coach ratio.

    We often have more than one class in the gym at one time.

    Your child will see new faces in class as kids book makeups, join our program, or age up. Our class routines are highly predictable to support your child’s learning and development.

  • If your current class time no longer works for your family’s schedule, you can request to change classes and we’ll do our best to get you a spot in your preferred class time starting at the beginning of the next month.

  • We know families are busy! Maybe you are heading skiing every weekend in January or taking swimming lessons for a term, whatever the reason we hope to see you back in the gym soon!

  • We are committed to raising the bar for grassroots sports in Canada, one tiny athlete at a time.

    As a high quality sports program, we have a consistent avenue to report incidents and misconduct.

    Please review our Incidents and Complaints Process to report your concern or complaint.

  • Currently, we do not offer birthday parties at any of our facilities.
