Client Services Coordinator
We are a dynamic gymnastics club with three locations in Vancouver, North Vancouver, and Richmond, Canada. Our focus is on providing high-quality gymnastics programs for children aged 0-7. We pride ourselves on our fun, playful environment and our commitment to coach development and education. Unlike other gymnastics organizations, we’re not here to put kids on a podium or develop high-performance athletes. Instead, we aim to develop the skills and confidence children need to thrive in all sports.
Our programs are for kids ages 0 to 7 and are offered in our engaging, safe, and playful facilities designed specifically for young children. We were the first to create a sports program that supports both kids and their families. Many of our classes involve parent participation because we believe that families know their children best.
The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for driving enrollment and retention while enhancing customer relationships across all gymnastics programs. This role focuses on ensuring prompt, clear communication with clients through all channels: phone, email, online chat, and email! The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, outgoing, and skilled in building rapport with customers.
