Notify Jump Gymnastics of the Incident
What can be considered an incident?
Issues such as:
-Disagreements with other parents/caregivers/employees
-Employee performance concerns
-A facility requires maintance
-Concerns with other children in your child's class
Review by a member of our management team.
If required, we will create an action plan that will be implemented at the sole discretion of the General Manager. If disciplinary actions are necessary, they will based on the Sanctions listed in the Formal Complaint and Discipline Policy.
