Baby Jump Bunny Hop Party

This springtime celebration is for babies aged 0 to 18 months! Your little bunny (and you!) are invited to join us for a hopping good time in our bunny-themed gym. We'll have some gymnastics fun, springtime circle time with songs, a bunny craft.

We invite families to dress their tiny bunny or chick in the most adorable spring-themed outfits and capture these precious moments in our gym. Delight in our spread of baby-friendly and adult-friendly treats while enjoying plenty of opportunities for bonding and shared laughter between parents and babies.

Physio Brianna and Physio Alyssa, amazing Pediatric Physiotherapists from Kids Physio Group (our partners!), will be providing information about Motor Milestones Development in children within the first 12 months of a baby’s life!

You will be learning about motor milestones to look for in your baby at each month of the first year like rolling from tummy to back, crawling, and sitting up!

Jennifer Hood (she/her) is the CEO & Founder of Jump Gymnastics and she has over 20 years experience working in six different gymnastics organizations across Canada. She has developed recreational programming for young children, and is a certified teacher, specializing in primary education.

Jen mentioned that a former coach of Jump Gymnastics reached out to her and mentioned that they joined our Baby Jump Drop In program and we decided it would be a TON of FUN to see Jen back in action teaching Baby Jump.

When Jen opened our first location in Yaletown in 2008, she coached ALL the classes and she developed ALL of the programming. We’re so excited that Jen is joining us at Baby Jump class - she can’t wait to meet you all!

 
 
 
 

Sleepy or Sleepless?

Kelsey Atkinson is a Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Registered Clinical Counsellor, and mom to 2 toddlers.

She will be providing information about sleep within the first 12 months of a baby’s life. You’ll be learning all about best sleep hygiene practices and what to expect in the first year. You’ll also have a better understanding of when to seek support if needed.

Come with questions, she’ll be answering any questions you have regarding your little one's sleep!

As a perinatal mental health therapist, Jasmin loves working with clients to support them in their transition to parenthood. Becoming a parent can be challenging due to the many physical, emotional, hormonal, and social changes. 

You will learn tools to be more aware in the present, cope with stress, and manage difficult emotions. These quick and easy strategies will make a lasting impact on both you and your little one.

Jasmin is a parent to two young children and is passionate about teaching tools that are easy to implement and providing a space to expand the conversation on well-being in pregnancy and postpartum.

Alejandra is a Clinical Director & Registered Physiotherapist with Bump Physio! Alejandra will be chatting about prenatal and post-partum pelvic floor health.

Alejandra wants to bring more awareness and knowledge about what women can do to improve their quality of life pre and postpartum.
